So, with the news of England moving into a full lockdown for a month, things seem bleak for business, once again.

It’s clearly terrible news for the hospitality, events and entertainment industries. BUT there are some businesses who have transformed their business model – and have actually improved their bottom line.

The answer, of course, is largely those businesses that can harness the power of the internet. Local businesses, serving their local communities, combined with smarter ways of ordering and fulfilment online can be a big win.
