Happy Chinese New Year!

It’s my ongoing mission to have any excuse to celebrate this year – and I’m not going to miss out on Chinese New Year. I’m actually a bit miffed that I missed Imbolc – the traditional Cletic festival that marks the beginning of Spring – one for next year! Anyway – Happy Chinese New Year – The Year of The Ox! Now I don’t know much about Chinese Astrology – correction – I don’t know anything about Chinese Astrology (I’ve got an Astronomy O Level – completely different thing) – but to my mind, an Ox sounds better than a Rat, which is what 2021 was. Might even treat the family to a takeaway tonight – mmm… salt and pepper squid…
